Absolutely! Although we have options to fill your custom piñata, you are more than welcome to fill it yourself. We will leave an opening for you to fill easily.

Yes! We offer custom surprise bags/party favours, photo frames, birthday/event posters, and custom party hats or headbands.

We appreciate as much notice as possible, however, a minimum of 2 weeks before you want the piñata delivered is custom.

Yes we do. We have some piñatas in stock that can be purchased on the day of. For custom orders, depending on our availability, we can do rush orders with an additional fee of $50.00.

Each piñata takes many hours to create to our standards. We do not compromise our quality. If we are rushing to make a piñata, we will work late hours to make sure you have the most special piñata for your occasion.

We will have your piñata order ready for pick up/delivery the day before your event. If you want your piñata done for a specific date other than the day before, please specify when ordering.

Yes. We require a min. 50% (of your custom quote) deposit to book your piñata package. Your piñata will not be booked until the deposit is paid. The deposit is non-refundable and goes towards the final price of your order. Full payment is due on pick-up/delivery day.

Yes! We will deliver within Medicine Hat, Redcliff, and Dunmore for a $10 fee. We highly recommend delivery for large piñatas. For delivery in any other areas, please contact us for pricing.
